1. You're Eating Healthy, But You Don't Have Portion Control.
Portion Control is important when trying to manage your A1C
Blood sugar is related to the amount of food you eat, so if you eat more carbohydrates than your body is prepared to handle, your blood sugar will go up; also, the extra calories will affect your weight, but the fact that you are here reading this means that you are serious about tackling this.
